Frequently asked questions

  • We have a strict cancellation policy for our reservations. We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made with direct bookings.

    If you need to cancel for personal reasons or environmental impacts, we strongly recommend protecting your investment by purchasing trip cancellation insurance through your preferred provider.

    We will always try our best to help. Should you need to cancel, we request you notify us right away so we can advertise the property to the public. If we secure a new reservation, a refund may be considered for the reservation portion we can recover minus a small rebooking fee of 10% of the accommodation fare paid.

    If you are unsure about your travel plans, we suggest you wait to confirm a reservation closer to your actual arrival date when you are confident you are coming.

  • Check-in is anytime after 4:00 pm local time.
    Check-out is anytime before 11:00 am local time.

  • If you are interested in purchasing an additional day for early arrivals or late departures, please let our team know, and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

  • We typically have a 7-night minimum requirement during high season, but if your dates fit perfectly with our availability, we will consider an exception. You will see a lesser nightly requirement as we get closer to the check-in dates. You can submit your reservation request, and we will try our best to find the perfect fit in any one of our properties for your stay.

  • All of our properties are fully air-conditioned. Most have central air conditioning, but few townhomes offer either mini-splits or portable units. We also ensure fans are available in each rental.

  • Yes, some properties offer weekly/monthly rates and discounts. We are unable to provide any discounts for dates in July and August.

    Submit your dates request and let us know the budget you’re working with, as we have many properties available in our portfolio.

  • All properties have a maximum guest capacity. Your guests are welcome as long as you don't exceed this capacity. For insurance purposes and to ensure you have enough supplies, please let us know if you would like to add more names to the reservation.

  • Yes, our properties are fully furnished, including bed, bath and beach linens.

    The kitchen has fully equipped for preparing nearly any meal. Each property will offer at a minimum: coffee, tea, salt, pepper, cooking oil and vinegar.

    Cleaning supplies and laundry detergent is also provided.

  • We have multiple properties in each location. Payment must be received in full to HOLD the reservation. If you need time to decide, we can always try to help you find a similar property should the one you’re considering book before you have paid in full.
